Milton Sand & Ballast Head Office
This large head office
site required major redevelopment in order to address
the company’s requirements. The design and
build needed to be a showcase for the company,
using as many of their own products as possible.
Although built on a small industrial estate, the
surrounding location was open farmland and pastoral.
It was essential that the finished design and materials
were conducive to the surrounding landscape. It
was also a personal mission by the managing director
to benefit the local community by seeking to improve
the green areas of New Milton. Encouraging wildlife
and being ecologically friendly were also important
issues which we addressed by planting natural hedgerows
and many other indigenous trees and shrubs.
